Wilson in the detailing center is not only a great human but also a great employee. He is dedicated to helping customers and doing so with a smile. Great guy! Very helpful and very appreciated.

I’ve been coming to ScrubaDub Car Wash for a while and have always had great experiences, which is why my visit last Wednesday was so disappointing. This time, I paid $21 for the exterior super wash and $40 for the interior, plus a tip, something I’m always happy to give for good service. Unfortunately, the exterior wash felt rushed from the start. As I pulled into the wash, the employee was hurrying me onto the belt even though there was already a car directly in front of me (I literally thought I was going to hit them). Because of how close I was, I don’t think my car received a proper wash. When the car in front of me finished, the belt actually shut off while my car was still mid-wash. It had to be turned back on so my car could continue forward and be dried, and that only happened after another car had already pulled in behind me. It honestly felt like my wash was split between two cycles, and I didn’t receive the full service I paid for. The interior team was friendly, but the cleaning itself was underwhelming. There were still visible crumbs and debris throughout the car, including under the seats, and my dash doesn’t appear to have been wiped down at all… basic items I w

I visited the ScrubaDub location in Quincy for the first time today on 05/03/2025, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. My primary reason for coming in was to have the interior of my car thoroughly cleaned, but the results were far below expectations. The dashboard wasn’t properly wiped down, the door panels and floor mats were barely touched, and overall, the interior still looked unkempt. To make matters worse, I noticed paint chipping on my car immediately after the service, which likely occurred during the cleaning process. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I expected a much higher standard of care and attention to detail for the $40 that was charged for the service The photos I’m attaching were taken right after the service, clearly showing the issues I encountered.

I paid for “the works” package. The wash did a great job on the upper part of our car but left the bottom passenger side and wheel wells filthy. The passenger door side panel was covered in dirt and the wheel wells muddy as well. There’s no parking on site to stop and look at the outside of your car after the wash so I couldn’t stop and spit check the cleaning until parking at the nearby Stop and Shop. When I returned to the wash, they had closed for the day (6:02pm on a Sunday).
